Pre-Register

Patients of Baptist Health have the opportunity to pre-register for their stay, prior to a scheduled visit.   We strive to make admissions as easy as possible.  To pre-register for your stay, please contact us at one of the following phone numbers:

For Expectant Mothers

Around the fifth month of pregnancy, your physician asks you to preregister for your hospital admission by filling out information within your MyChart account. This helps to expedite things when you come to the Labor and Delivery Unit at any time. 

• You do not need to stop at the registration desk in the Emergency Department when you visit the hospital for pregnancy-related issues after 20 weeks of pregnancy when you have submitted your information to us online. 

Expectant mothers may log into their MyChart account at any time and complete the questionnaire. 

Thirty days prior to your due date, a representative from Baptist Health will reach out to you to review your information. If you are a patient and don't yet have a MyChart account, you may create one at any time.  Sign up for MyChart. 

Please note, if you are new to Louisville and not yet a patient of Baptist Health, you will not have access to MyChart.  An appointment with a Baptist hospital or provider has to be scheduled.
